Less than optimal results

I have followed the step as best I could(Tutorial seemed dated?) but it would appear everything didn't go according to plan. The lighting looks terrible in comparison and I'm not sure why, any ideas?

Yes the tutorial is a bit outdated mosly because of better cities. As far as I know everything else works, so I suggest not using the better cities mod for now.

Hello Kernetic. I Mr. have the same problem. The results arent that great as the Let´s play Vid´s may promise. Can´t post any screenshot´s yet.

The new version of the tutorial has been released.   I have to say the Oblivion Reloaded and the Candid ENB are pretty heavy.  The advantage of this 2016 tutorial is that you can select the quality of the ENB to get better FPS.
