Oke, I created this topic to made sure I did not miss any mod so far Smile    

This is the list that I have created so far for ultimate graphics 2015 tutorial.    It will be updated now and then.
Missing any mod? let me know!

OBGE 4.0 (Oblivion Reloaded) + ini changes on the mod page.  Change the density in the grass.ini to fix the grass issue. Change bUseWaterDisplacements=0 in Oblivion.ini to fix the dissapearing water bug.

Add them but make sure to check for compatibility patches.

Actually, I'd advise you to get the full mythic set for your Oblivion.

im having serious issues with the camera placement on my modded game when using a bow and arrow the arm goes up into my face when aiming up, is there any way to fix this, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey, it is probably because of the enanched camera. You can press your hotkey to switch back to third person untill you have normal camera. As far as I know it goes like this when pressing R: (default key)

1 First person -- 2 Enhanced first person camera -- 3 Third person camera

The enanched camera is a build in plugin from Oblivion Reloaded.
Let me know please if it works.

it kind of works, however the arm remains at one level and if you aim up or down the arm does not follow, is there a way to disable the enhanced camera plugin. also when using a torch or shield it blocks 25% of the screen because of the issue

Try the following:

Open your Oblivionreloaded.ini and then set the 'CameraMode' setting in 'Main' section to 0 to disable changes to camera. So like:

CameraMode = 0

Do you use OOO (Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul)? This mod makes the game much harder even in normal level

I am currently using Oblivion Reloaded (OBGE 4.0) so I am not going to mess with OBGE v3 mods anymore to make sure it stays stable.

I am also not using OOO (Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul), because to be honest I find the game quite challenging already Embarassed Embarassed

There are however some nice mods in your list that I can use, thanks for posting Wink

I think: Oblivion>Data>OBSE>Plugins>OblivionReloaded.ini
If not, go to your Oblivion folder, and search for the file in there. It should be somewhere in your Oblivion folder Wink

Hey PredCaliber, if you could respond to this as quick as possible that would be great. So when I install the Oblivion unofficial DLC patch, it doesn't find any of the esp files when I load it into TES mod manager. Do you know how to fix this?

A couple of things:
- Do you install the unofficial patch manually, or in TES mod manager?  
- What DLC do you have?
- Are all plugins currently active?
- Do you get a specific error? if yeah, which one?

Okay so I'm Ellis. I'm actually having different problems. I've installed every mod on your list and now the game just randomly crashes when I have them all activated. I don't have wyrebash if that makes a huge difference. Also, downloading manually gave me a lot of problems (missing files mostly), so I'm installing through TES with the ones I can. I also have both major DLC (Knights and Shivering Isles). And I don't have the DLC patches because a ton of esps were missing (Red on the active list).

Do not worry about Wrye Bash. I also never used Wrye Bash Wink
Did you run LOOT already? This usually fixes the wrong plugins.

DLC patches are not necessarily needed. The first time I did not install them either. Weird btw you get errors when installing manually. What error do you get? What happens if you import them to create an OMOD?

Well, whenever I import manually, my my list was completely broken once I went back into TES after closing it, many mods with black, red, green, and all the other colors next to them. It was just a mess. So I restarted doing it through the manager, and it started working. Now everything is working, it's just the game crashes every 5 minutes. Also, for some weird reason the textures on the main menu are a little messed up (huge white bordering the text). And what was also peculiar is one time I went into oblivion without messing with the mods, the weird textures were gone, and the game worked perfectly. And yes, I do use loot to sort the order.

Oke, try disabling the Steam overlay. That is causing the white borders in your menu. Smile Perhaps it will also fix the crashes.

Hi,

I have a problem with the "Better City" mod. It seems that the way it is shown in the video guide is no longer up to date.

1.) If i load the "Better city plugins" or "Better City Resources" i can activate them ... BUT ... the Plugins are all red and do not work.
It says that the "better City resourses" esm is missing.

- Can i just put that file in my Oblivion folder manually ?
- how do i install the plugins and textures corectly ?
- i read something about the new MOd version not being compatible with the Mod manager ?! ... is that true ? ... if so how to install them anyway ?

2.) There seem to be a big amount of options to choose from in this mod. I tried to get those that made the most sense to me ... but i am in no way sure if i did it correct.

- what should i choose .. or better what are the mandatory components ?

3.) I tried "importing" the plugins and textures and creat an OMOD from the files ... but that seems to not have worked ...

- is there a way to make the old citys work again ? or do i have to start all over agin since my textures and files are not installed corectly ?

Any Help would be greatly appreciated
