Oblivion Tutorial
Hey great Oblivion tutorial!
But I have a question. When I am testing Oblivion Reloaded (after part 1 mods) the water is very laggy and it also studders. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Re: Oblivion Tutorial
Hello and welcome to the forum!
Did you change bUseWaterDisplacements=0 in Oblvion.ini?
Else make sure you set the water options in your Oblivion.ini on high. Sometimes it does reset for no reason. Its a bug in Oblvion.

Oke and did you change the water values to high ingame? Else the water will look really ugly. Sometimes the values will reset, thats why.
Re: Oblivion Tutorial
Hello, I will quote this from the Oblivion Nexus:
I found your thread when I was suffering from exactly the same issue. Essentially, when you do that first change into third person mode, it enables the "immersive camera" for first person, which seems to work by locking you into third person mode. It looks pretty nice, but gets rid of the crosshair.
My solution to this was found in another mod I'm using - DarNified UI. In the UI settings tab (fourth one on character), third from the bottom on the left hand column is an option for third person crosshair. If you turn it on - boom, working just fine again.
I hope I was useful.
EDIT: I didn't realise the settings tab only makes temporary changes. Instead, go to Data\Menus\Prefabs\darn\hudmainmenu_config.xml, and change _ch3rdperson (search for it) to 1. Voila, change made permanent.
